Big things are coming this fall!

Welcome, Town of Taos for ANOTHER year of service with The Body Shop. The 90-day challenge starts October 8th! WHO’S EXCITED FOR THAT $500 CASH MONEY PRIZE?! Make sure to sign up!

•Starting October, we teach you all about macros with a signature Body Shop masterclass created/led by Coach Chelsi.

•November will be about maximizing your mornings to optimize your health/ fitness journey & life systems.

•December's focus will be on hormone regulation and how it can (negatively and positively) affect our health, fitness and energy levels.

Criteria for 90-day challenge

- Town of Taos members, Body Shop members (in-person and online) can participate

- There will be a cash prize for Town of Taos, and a cash prize for Body Shop members

- Composition pictures must be sent in weekly (on Wednesdays during check ins)

- The winner will be judged by myself and other outside sources (state champions)

- Winning will be based on overall composition changes (weight loss, inches loss, muscle gain)
